Objective
Completely revamp the design, layout, and overall UX of ESRB.org (600k+ users per month) to create a better and more streamlined user experience for the multiple B2C and B2B audience segments and drive traffic to internal pages, blogs, and social media more effectively.
Role
I was the project lead on this redesign and I coordinated everything from RFP creation, project timeline, and budget to website design/UI/UX, copywriting, photoshoots, WordPress development, hosting, QA, SEO, and analytics. I managed all interactions with multiple agency partners and internal stakeholders.
Result
The new website was a fresh and modern update which addressed all of the original objectives. The website successfully created distinct homepages for each of the five audience segments to facilitate growth and minimize complexity for our users. KPI’s such as users, pageviews, and engagements all grew following launch and it was completed on time and under budget.
